Biography
Fitri is a Senior Associate at SGS Law Firm. She currently focuses on dispute resolution matters, particularly default (wanprestasi) claims, debt recovery, and insolvency proceedings, including PKPU and bankruptcy cases, especially within the fintech sector.
She is also involved in handling competition law cases before the Indonesian Competition Commission (KPPU). In her practice, she actively assists clients in formulating recovery strategies, preparing legal opinions and demand letters, negotiating settlements, and representing creditors in court-supervised proceedings. Fitri is recognized for her strong analytical approach and strategic mindset in safeguarding clients' legal and commercial interests. She earned her Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Diponegoro, and her Master of Laws (M.H.) from Universitas Gadjah Mada. Prior to joining the firm, she developed her professional career in the banking industry at one of Indonesia's state-owned banks, where she gained extensive experience in credit handling, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance in financial transactions.
